SmartData was established in 1999 as a spinout company from the University of Wales Aberystwyth and provide business process analysis, database software design/development services and support.  Our clients are in the public and private sectors and they include Countryside Council for Wales, DEFRA, the Countryside Agency, Orchid Biosciences (Europe) Ltd, Tepnel Diagnostics Ltd, Innovis Ltd, Welsh Lamb and Beef Promotions, Safetynet Services, Huck Nets, SRM Engineering, Hybu Cig Cymru and Livestock Marketing Ltd.
